NICT ELEMENTS

Subject: Social Studies.
Topic: Government.
Class: VI

This chapter follows elements 2, 3, and 4 of NICT.
  •  As in element 2, they provide follow-up and support to teachers so as in this chapter there are follow-up activities that help teachers. 
  • In this chapter, there are guidelines and different topic-related activities which will make learning student-centered as mentioned in element 3.
  •  According to element 4, they give teachers and students problem-solving and critical thinking skills so in this chapter there is an inquiry part in which students have to think critically and have to solve their problems.

REFLECTION

REFLECTION 1  24th August 2021 This was the introduction class, we discussed this Teaching of English course; what is this course about, and what we are going to learn. Then we discussed that there are four key learning areas in any profession. After that, we had a short discussion on what is receptive and productive skills.  Then we talked about two websites BBC learning and British Council Learn English Kids. Then we discussed the difference between parents and guardians. We also got to know about FRC (family registration certificate), and juvenile card that is for children under 18.
